This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for services connected with Mentobeam (Private) Limited and the brands we operate.
This website does not sell products or take payments directly. Courses and services are purchased through our individual brands, and each purchase is governed by that brand's refund policy.
Brand purchases
If you have enrolled in a course or service through one of our brands, that brand's refund terms apply to your purchase. For Yes for PTE, please see its Refund Policy.
General principles
Because our programs are digital and grant instant access to learning materials and platforms on enrolment, the following generally apply across our brands:
- Payments for courses and services are non-refundable and non-transferable once access has been granted.
- Fees for personalised feedback, mock tests, one-to-one sessions, and any separately purchased materials are non-refundable.
- Any delay in accessing materials due to a technical issue will be addressed promptly by our support team, but does not by itself qualify for a refund.
Rescheduling
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please contact us as early as possible. While refunds are not available, we will do our best to help you reschedule based on availability.

We want you to enrol with full confidence. If you have any questions about what a program includes before you pay, please reach out — we are happy to walk you through it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies to enrolments made after its effective date.
